Free assessment

What’s quietly holding you back?

The stories we tell ourselves about time, worth, and “not yet” can keep us circling the same place. This short yes/no assessment helps you notice which beliefs might be in the way — so you can start shifting them.

How it works

Three minutes. Honest answers. Then we talk.

01

Answer 14 questions

Yes or no. No scoring for a grade — just noticing what’s true right now.

02

Leave your name and email

I’ll receive your responses so I can follow up personally — this isn’t an automated sequence.

03

See what showed up

You’ll get a snapshot of the patterns that rang true, plus a next step if you want support.

Limiting beliefs assessment

Answer honestly. There’s no wrong yes.

If a question is even partly true, mark yes. These are common stories — naming them is the start of change, not a diagnosis.

1. Do you often feel like there isn’t enough time to get everything done?
2. Do you tell yourself you’re too old — or too late — to start something new?
3. Do you feel like past failures will decide what happens next?
4. Do you believe your past is still in charge of your future?
5. Do you feel like you don’t have the resources to get where you want to go?
6. Do you get discouraged quickly when progress feels slow?
7. Do you regularly compare yourself to others and measure success by their lives?
8. Do you believe other people are mostly responsible for how your life looks right now?
9. Do you feel like you don’t deserve success?
10. Do you constantly worry about what other people will think of you?
11. Do you withhold the compassion and understanding from yourself that you offer others?
12. Do you believe you should be able to do everything yourself, without help?
13. Do you ever feel like you’re not smart enough to get what you actually want?
14. Do you wait to start until it can be perfect?
