The International Coach Federation defines coaching as: "Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." In coaching, we focus on the present and the future rather than the past, asking questions like "how?" and "what?" instead of "why?" Coaching is client-centric, so it looks a little different for every coaching partnership.

Virtual coaching is my primary method of interacting with clients. My experience has demonstrated that virtual sessions are a cost-efficient, comfortable forum where clients can freely express themselves. The result is enhanced productivity, even when time is limited and schedules are hectic.
